PATRIARCH We have found out from today's newspaper that some, so-called "non-governmental organisations", as well as certain malicious people in Timocka krajina give yellow foxes and force Serbian population with Wallach attributes to declare themselves to be Wallachs - Romanians in the current consensus in Serbia, which has not happened up to now. Since this forceful renaming encroaches deeply on the living organism of Serbia and of the Serbian Orthodox Church, the organism which underwent numerous afflictions and martyring, We appeal to all the authorised organs of our State to stop this act, having never happened up to now, and We ask all the faithful of our Holy Church to declare themselves as they feel and as their heart tells them, using their official right to do so. Naturally, bearing in mind thereat that the All-Seeing Creator of Heavens and Earth observes every movement of ours, every word and sees everything that has been written.
