Information Service of REGULAR SESSION OF THE HOLY ASSEMBLY OF BISHOPS STARTED TODAY This year's regular session of the Holy Assembly of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church started today with the Invocation of the Holy Spirit in the Patriarchate Palace in Belgrade. All the diocese hierarchs of the Serbian Orthodox Church attend this session. The Holy Assembly of Bishops will hear the report on the work of the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church, the reports of the hierarchs on their respective pastorships, as well as the reports of other church bodies and organs on the events which happened in the period between the two sessions. In addition, the Holy Assembly of Bishops will attend to all the current issues from the life of the Church and the faithful. Thereafter, the Assembly will make the appropriate decisions. |
