Information Service of CULTURAL HERITAGE STILL ENDANGERED IN KOSOVO AND METOCHIA The project Urgent Protection of Natural and Cultural Heritage in Metochia was promoted in the National Museum in Belgrade on April 15, 2003. This project has been done by the Centre for Preservation of Kosovo and Metochia, called Mnemosyne. The project conducted thorough inspection of 127 classified, protected and recorded cultural goods of the Orthodox and Islamic architecture, as well as of the available natural goods in the territory of Metochia (national parks of Sara and Prokletije, respectively). |
