Information Service of THE SESSION OF THE HOLY ASSEMBLY OF BISHOPS The regular session of the Holy Assembly of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church started by the Invocation of the Holy Spirit in the Patriarchate Chapel dedicated to Saint Symeon the Myrrhflowing in Belgrade today.
All the hierarchs of the Serbian Orthodox Church participate in this session. The Holy Assembly of Bishops will review the reports of the Holy Synod of Bishops, the reports of Their Graces about their archipastoral activities, as well as the reports submitted by other church bodies and agencies regarding the activities that they carried out between the two regular sessions. The Holy Assembly of Bishops is going to consider all the current issues arising from the life of the Church and of its faithful, and consequently make certain decisions. Upon the termination of the work of the Assembly, a communique will be issued. |
