CHURCH PUBLISHES NEW TRANSLATIONS The Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church together with the Holy Scripture Translation Institute in Moscow is working intensively on the project of translation of the Holy Scripture to the languages of the non-Slavic people living in Russia. Together with the book of the Holy Scriptures, there will also be an audiocassette with the audio version of the text. Within this project, Bible for Children will also be printed and gifted to thousands and thousands of children throughout Russian Federation. The Synodal Bible Committee established with the Moscow Patriarchate accepted the projects and His Holiness Alexey, Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, blessed the printing and wrote the foreword for the Bible for Children. |
