Information Service of HIS HOLINESS PATRIARCH PAVLE RECEIVED (BELGRADE) 1 March 2004 – His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Pavle received this day at the Patriarchate, Her Royal Highness Princess Linda, wife of the late Prince Tomislav Karadjordjevic, together with their sons, Prince Djordje and Prince Mihailo. Accompanying Their Royal Highnesses was Mr. Aleksandar Pavic, Director of the Prince Tomislav Foundation.
His Holiness cordially received and welcomed Their Royal Highnesses, while warmly recalling his visitations with Prince Tomislav. Their Royal Highnesses and Mr. Pavic appraised the Patriarch of the work of the Foundation, especially with the underprivileged and traumatized children in Bosnia. In particular, Patriarch Pavle was glad to have learned of the fact that the young Princes had chosen to join their mother and return to their Fatherland, to study the Serbian language, learn of their faith and traditions, and to live among their people. His Holiness offered his wise fatherly counsel and blessed them in their endeavors on behalf of the Serbian people. |
