CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY OF SLOBODAN MILOSEVIC

On the occasion of the sudden death of Slobodan Milosevic in The Hague, in our own name and in the name of our Church, please accept our deep condolences. I expect at this moment from the state authorities and from our entire people to be at the height of their responsibility toward God, history and the tragic end of Milosevic’s life in this world. Death is something holy and everyone has the inalienable right to a grave and dignified funeral, especially people who, like Slobodan Milosevic, left a mark on the times and fateful developments in the course of their lives on the Serbian as well as on other peoples in this era of discord.
