Patriarch Bartholomew meets with German Chancellor

On Monday, February 25, 2013, following a personal invitation from the Prime Minister of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, His All-Holiness met with the Chancellor of Germany, the Hon. Angela Merkel, at the residence of the Prime Minister in Ankara. His All-Holiness was accompanied by Fr. Joachim, Undersecretary of the Holy and Sacred Synod, and Mr. Lakis Vingas, representative of the minority institutions with the General Board of Foundations in Ankara.
