The Feast of the historic church of the Holy Cross in Bournova of Smyrna

As part of the celebration of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, the annual feast of the historic temple of the Holy Cross in Bournova, which belongs to the Holy Diocese of Smyrna, will normally be held this year with the permission of the competent authorities.

Specifically, the Diocese of Smyrna announces that on the afternoon of Sunday, September 13, the Great Vespers will be celebrated and on Monday, September 14, Orthros and the Divine Liturgy.

The Great Vespers and the feast will be celebrated by the Metropolitan Bartholomew of Smyrna, who will officiate at the Holy Temple of Saint Fotini of Smyrna.
