Feast day of Saint Nicholas solemnly celebrated at Bagdala

St. Nicholas of Myra, the Patron Saint-day (slava) of Bishop David of Krusevac, was solemnly celebrated at Bagdala with the Hierarchal Divine Liturgy. Along with the congregation of the faithful, Metropolitan Porfirije of Zagreb-Ljubljana and Bishops Pahomije of Vranje and Jeronim of Jegar celebrated.
On the eve of the feast-day of Saint Nicholas of Myra, on 18 December 2015, His Grace Bishop David of Krusevac along with His Grace Bishop Pahomije of Vranje with the concelebration of protosyncellos Tihon, head of the monastery of the Protection of the Most Holy Mother of God in Mrzenica, protopresbyter-staurophor Ljubivoje Radovic and protodeacon Andrije Jelic, served the festal Vigil service in the church of Saint John the Baptist on Bagdala.

Hierarchal Liturgies officiated in monastery of Saint John Chrysostom in Bitola and the side chapel of Saint Nicholas in Stip
On the feast-day of Saint Nicholas of Myra, the Wonderworker, His Beatitude Jovan, Archbishop of Ohrid and Metropolitan of Skopje, served the Holy Liturgy at the stauropegic monastery of Saint John Chrysostom in Bitola.

His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, received President of the Circle of Serbian Sisters Mrs. Mila Viktorovic with associates at the Serbian Patriarchate on 21 December 2015.
The same day, His Holiness received Mrs. Margita Lalic Terzic, former Consul of the Republic of Serbia in Pretoria (South African Republic), as well as representatives of Radio Television of Serbia and the Publishing company Prometej.
Annual Meeting of the Central Council held at Chicago

The Central Church Council of the Serbian Orthodox Church in North and South America held its annual meeting on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Cathedral in Chicago and continued the following day with the Holy Hierarchical Divine Liturgy at St. Sava Monastery in Libertyville, on the feast of St. Mardarije of Libertyville and America and Canada.
This was the first Divine Liturgy in which the first Bishop of America and Canada, Mardarije, was commemorated after being added to the list of Saints at the regular meeting of the Holy Assembly of Bishops held in May.
Patron Feast-Day of the Dechani Monastery

On the occasion of the monastery slava, Serbian Patriarch Irinej, officiated the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy at the Dechani Monastery on the feast-day of Holy King Stephen of Dechani, on 24 November 2015.
The Patriarch was concelebrated by Bishops: Grigorije of Zahumlje-Herzegovina, Teodosije of Raska-Prizren, Ilarion of Timoj and Sergije of Frankfurt and All Germany, along with many priests and monks from many dioceses of our local Church. There were 800 believers who came from all parts of Serbia and from Montenegro to attend the Liturgy. Patriarch Irinej ordained teacher of the Prizren Seminary, Mr. Dusan Djakovic, a deacon, whereas he awarded Orthodox priest Nektarios Serphes from USA with the order of Saint Sava, since Fr. Nektarios is a great friend of the Serbian people who had collected aid for the impoverished families on Kosovo and Metohija for years.
