Exhibition: Serbia in the Great War
1. Септембар 2015 - 9:52The exhibition is curated by Bojan Pajic and Richard Cooke who have collaborated in researching the experience of their relatives in the Great War. Richard's grandmother, Ethel Gillingham, from Geelong, Victoria, served with the British Red Cross in Serbia in 1915-16, whilst Bojan's grandfather, Lazar Stefanovic, and great uncle, Dragomir Profirovic, served in the Serbian Army throughout the war.
Bishop Teodosije visited Mr. Oliver Ivanović in the Mitrovica North Hospital and issued an Appeal to international representatives in Kosovo on his behalf
21. Август 2015 - 10:41Bishop of Raška-Prizren and Kosovo-Metohija Teodosije visited today Mr. Oliver Ivanović at the North Mitrovica hospital. Mr Ivanović has been refusing to take food in the last 15 days in his protest to the decision of the Court to deny his request to be released from prison pending the outcome of his trial. Bishop Teodosije conveyed to Mr. Ivanović his support in the name of teh Diocese regarding his struggle to prove his innocence, but also, as his Bishop and a spiritual father he requested him to stop the hunger strike. We all need Oliver, Bishop said, but healthy, particularly for his family. Bishop Teodosije expressed his strong belief that Mr. Ivanović, whom we all know as a man of courage and dignity, will obey his advice and start taking food.
Five years since the repose of Metropolitan Christopher (2010-2015)

Август 2015 - 9:09Exactly five years ago, on the eve of the Lord's great Feast of the Holy Transfiguration in 2010 the great man and respected hierarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Christopher Kovacevic reposed in the Lord. He spent his last days at St. Sava Monastery in Libertyville. He lived in this monastery for over twenty years. He passed away in his room, on his bed, surrounded by his children and grandchildren.

20. Август 2015 - 8:51On Sunday, August 9th, faithful Serbian communities from across the eastern United States gathered at Saint Sava Camp in Shadeland, Pennsylvania.
The day began with Holy Hierarchal Divine Liturgy celebrated by His Grace Bishop Dr Mitrophan of the Eastern American Diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church, along with twenty-four priests and one deacon. A further three priests assisted during the service, and the congregation, led by St Sava campers, sang all responses.
Resurrection of Prebilovci – Consecration of the church of the Resurrection of Christ in Prebilovci
10. Август 2015 - 14:01Holy New Martyrs of Prebilovci, who, for Christ’s sake had been thrown into pits of Surmanci, found their final abode, and their relics, after over 70 years of waiting, are in a resting place!
On Saturday, on 8 August 2015, the Holy Church of the Lord, with its Eucharistic gathering, consecrated the church of the Resurrection of Christ in the village of Prebilovci in Hercegovina, while celebrating the newly-shining Martyrs of Prebilovci. His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Irinej officiated the Divine Liturgy with the concelebration of sixteen Bishops, a large number of priests and in presence of a huge number of faithful. On the eve of this historic event, a Vesper service was performed in the historic Monastery of Zitomislic, near Mostar, Hercegovina.
