Activities of Bishop Jovan of Nis

Monastery of St. Roman - His Grace Bishop Jovan of Nis served on December 2, 2011 the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the monastery of St. Roman. At the end of the Liturgy the Bishop, priests and faithful people all together prayed for the soul of nun Marina of blessed repose, the sister of this holy family, and on the occasion of forty days since her death.

Seminary - On Saturday, December 3, Bishop Jovan of Nis visited the Seminary of Sts. Cyrill and Methodius where he served in the church of the Resurrection of Christ the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy with the concelebration of the dean and professors of the Seminary.

Sicevo - On the eve of the feast day of the Entry of the Most Holy Theotokos Bishop Jovan of Nis served the vigil service in the church of the Entry of the Most Holy Theotokos of the monastery of Sicevo. 

Nis - On the day when we celebrate a memory of the Entry of the Most Holy Mother of God into the Temple, Bishop Jovan with priests of the Cathedral church of Nis served the Divine Liturgy. As it was the first week of the Christmas lent so the church was full of people. 

Lipovac – On the feast day of Venerable Alypius the Stylite, Bishop Jovan of Nis served the Divine Liturgy in the monastery of St. Stephen in Lipovac with the concelebration of the spiritual of the monastery archimandrite Dionisije.
