Bishop George of Canada in Johannesburg

The representative of His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, His Grace George, Bishop of Canada, arrived for a visit to the Church-school congregation of Saint Sava in Johannesburg, on Wednesday, October 18, 2012, on the occasion of the church Slava of Saint Thomas the Apostle.

The visit of Bishop George is a great blessing for the Serbian parish and all Orthodox Christians in Africa.

Bishop George and the guests were welcomed at the airport by archimandrite Panteleimon with the clergy of the Metropolitanate of Johannesburg and Pretoria.
