Bishop Grigorije of Zahumlje-Herzegovina in Stockholm

Bishop Grigorije of Zahumlje-Herzegovina visited the capital of Sweden – Stockholm from 2-7 November 2016

After the meeting with His Grace Bishop Dositej of Britain-Scandinavia, with whom he celebrated the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the church of Saint Sava in Stockholm, Bishop Grigorije visited in the capital of Sweden, Syrian bishops Shaba and Benyamin as well with whom he exchanged experiences of life of the two Churches.

The chief aim of the visit of Bishop Grigorije to Stockholm was a donor evening for the restoration of the church of Holy Trinity in Mostar. In addition, Bishop Grigorije delivered a very interesting lecture on “The Restoration of life in Lower Herzegovina and the return of the displaced people to Mostar and the Neretva Valley”. The organizer of the gathering was the Association of Herzegovina people Saint Basil of Ostrog from Stockhol.
