Bishop Siluan of Australia-New Zealand visits Hilandar Monastery
His Grace Bishop Siluan of Australia and New Zealand visited the Serbian Royal Laura of the Hilandar Monastery on Mount Athos, on the occasion of the feast day of Holy Apostles Peter and Paul.
During the visit to the monastery, the Bishop prayed in front of the miraculous icon of the Most Holy Mother of God The Three-Handed for the good and salvation of the St. Sava flock entrusted to him on the Fifth Continent, handing over his hierarchal encolpion with the image of the icon of the Mother of God the Three-Handed decorated with Australian opals.
Bishop Siluan expressed gratitude to abbot Metodije for the prayerful support of the Royal Laura for the Serbs on the Fifth Continent.
