Catichets of the Archbishop of Belgrade-Karlovac assemble

Catichets who work in primary and secondary school on the territory of Archbishopric of Belgrade-Karlovac gathered on Saturday, December 24, 2011 in a great hall of the Parish house of the church of St. Basil of Ostrog in Belgrade's suburb of Bezanijska Kosa.

With this meeting, which was organized by the Committee for religious education led by His Grace Bishop Atanasije of Hvosno, the end of the first semester of the current school year was marked.

The catichets were addressed by Bishop Atanasije of Hvosno and professors of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology, protopresbyter staurophors Radomir Popovic and Dragomir Sando. Bishop Atanasije conveyed greetings and blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Irinej to the catichets.

Before this meeting the catichets attended the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in St. Basil of Ostrog church which was served by His Grace Bishop Atanasije.
