Celebration of Saint Nicholas in Brisbane

His Grace Bishop Siluan of Australia and New Zealand visited Brisbane, the city of Saint Nicholas, on December 18 and 19, 2019.
A festal Vesper service was performed in St. Nicholas Church in Waicol. Dean of the church Stanisa Ostojic and deacon Milos Raketic officiated the service. On the very feast-day, the Holy Divine Liturgy was celebrated in St. Nicholas Church on Ross Street.
Protopresbyters staurophors Jovan Cvetic, Velibor Bojcic and Dusan Stefanov, protopriest Nikola Stefanov and deacon Milos concelebrated. Upon entering the church, His Grace Bishop Siluan laid into reliquary fragments of relics of Saint Bishop Nikolai and Saint Father Justin, which he had brought with the blessing of Bishop Milutin of Valjevo.
