Celebration of Sunday of Orthodoxy in South Australia

The Sunday of Orthodoxy was celebrated this year as well at the Greek Orthodox Community and Parish of Prophet Elias, at Norwood, South Australia.

In the morning, the Divine Liturgy and the Matins of Saint Basil the Great, at the Holy Church of Prophet Elias Norwood, was held by father Stavros Psaromatis.

The Divine Liturgy and the litany of the Holy Icons, except from the holy parishioners, was attended by Archon Ekdikos of the Ecumenical Throne Mr. Ioannis Kiosoglou and the President of the Constantinopolitans of South Australia Mr. Stefanos Nikolaides.

At the end of the procession of the Holy Icons, there followed the official opening of the 35th Orthodox Christian Book and byzantine icons Exhibition.
