Choir from Belarus in Serbian capital

His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch served on Sunday, June 30^th,  the Divine Liturgy in Belgrade’s Cathedral church. Along with the clergy of this church priests from the Diocese of Grodno from Belarus, whose choir was visiting Belgrade, concelebrated as well. On this occasion Serbian Patriarch Irinej ordained deacon Goran Sandic, who will perform his service at the Serbian Armed Forces.

After the Holy Liturgy the choir of priests from Belarus held a short concert at the Cathedral church, filled with faithful people. Protopresbyter-stavrophor Andrej Bondarenko conducted. In front of the formal entrance of the Patriarchate the choir from Belarus sang the Serbian song “There, Far Away”.
