Christmas celebrated in parishes of Marindol and Srpska Moravica

Also this year Christmas Eve in Marindol was prayerfully celebrated. Pious people of Marindol, Crnomlja, Metlika, Novo Mesto and Zumberak in a great number gathered in evening hours on traditional Yule log burning. After this at 17h the vesper service was served and the Christmas enclytical was read. The believers were given blessed Yule logs.

The celebration of Christmas in the parish of Srpska Moravica began with morning service at midnight at many believers gathered, and the Holy Liturgy was served on the Christmas day at 9h.
