Church patron's feast-day celebrated in Mannheim

On Sunday, 11 October 2015, Bishop Sergije of Frankfurt and All Germany officiated the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy, with the concelebration of local priests, on the occasion of the church patron's feast-day – Venerable Simon the Monk in Mannheim, Germany.
After the conclusion of the Liturgy, Bishop Sergije blessed the slava cake and wheat, awarded the Meinheim parish priest Aleks Milinkovic with the degree of a protonamesnik for his zealous work, and commended the parish priest and his parishioners for the previous work relating to the embellishment of the church in Mannheim.
