Church School Iconography Classes

At St. George Serbian Orthodox Church in Clearwater, Florida, Protonica Teofana Zaric recently taught a number of the Church School youth how to paint Icons.  The parish-faithful found it heartwarming that the young ladies and gentlemen of the community undertook the lesson with such interest and pride. 

It is of vital importance that our Church School children learn our Orthodox and Serbian traditions so that they might continue handing them down to future generations. It is a blessing for the children and parishioners of St. George in Clearwater that Protonica Teofana Zaric is well-versed in the Art of Iconography, and is joyfully willing to share her knowledge with the parish community.
