Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew at St. George Karypi

On Sunday, August 4, 2013, His All-Holiness presided over the Paraklesis Service at the monastery of St. George Karypi on the Princes' Island of Antigoni (Burgazada). The sermon was offered by Archimandrite Kyrillos Syki, a priest of the Metropolis of Didymoteichon, Orestias and Souflion.
Among those in attendance were clergymen from the Princes' Islands, Archons of the Ecumenical Throne, children of the summer camp held on the nearby Proti Island (Kınalıada), as well as faithful from Greece and Turkey.
