Encyclopedia of Krusevac and area

With the blessing of His Grace Bishop Dr David of Krusevac at the Diocesan centre at the St. George church in Krusevac on the feast day of the Entry of the Most Holy Theotokos into the Temple, on December 4, the promotion of The Encyclopedia of Krusevac and area by M.Sc. Slobodan Simonovic. 

The promotion was attended by many scientists, writers, people from cultural and public background - admirers of the lifelong research work of Mr. Slobodan Simonovic. The Bishop addressed the faithful and spoke on the significance of this book for Krusevac and this part of the world.

Father Dragic Ilic, reviewer of the Encyclopedia, stressed out the significance of the Entry of the Most Holy Mother of God into the Temple for Krusevac, since on this day in 1832 the town was liberated from the Turks.
