Feast Day in the Orthodox Archbishopric of Ohrid

The Feast of Summer Passover, as it is called in the Orthodox Church, the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin, is solemnly celebrated in all places of worship of the Orthodox Archdiocese of Ohrid.

His Beatitude Archbishop of Ohrid and Metropolitan of Skopje John served the evening service at the Monastery of the Dormition of the Most Holz Mother of God at Prilep, while at the feast he worshiped the Liturgy at the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary near Skopje.

His Holiness Bishop of Polo-Kumanovo and the Administrator of Debar-Kichevo Joachim served in the chapel dedicated to the Dormition of the Most Holy Theotokos in Ohrid, while His Holiness Bishop Bregalnica and the Administrator of Bitola Marko served at the Dormition church in Zurich, Switzerland.

His Holiness Bishop of Stobi and the Administrator of Strumica David officiated the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy at the church of Most Holy Mother of God in San Francisco, USA.
