The Feast day of Saint Basil of Ostrog in Buenos Aires
In the Serbian Orthodox Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God in Buenos Aires, on May 12, 2021, the feast day of Saint Basil the Wonderworker of Ostrog and the jubilee of 350 years of the Saint's repose in the Lord (1671-2021) were celebrated.
The Holy Liturgy was served, upon the invitation of His Grace Bishop Cyril of Buenos Aires and South America of the Serbian Patriarchate, His Eminence Metropolitan Mr. James of the Patriarchate of Antioch, His Grace Bishop John of the Russian Orthodox Church Abroad and His Eminence Bishop Leonid of the Moscow Patriarchate.
They were concelebrated by archpriests Gavrilo Koronel, Sergej Jurin and Stefan Jovanovic, hieromonk David Janketic, presbyter Bors Gladisev and hierodeacon Ignatije Brul.
