Feast day of Saint Nicholas solemnly celebrated at Bagdala
St. Nicholas of Myra, the Patron Saint-day (slava) of Bishop David of Krusevac, was solemnly celebrated at Bagdala with the Hierarchal Divine Liturgy. Along with the congregation of the faithful, Metropolitan Porfirije of Zagreb-Ljubljana and Bishops Pahomije of Vranje and Jeronim of Jegar celebrated.
On the eve of the feast-day of Saint Nicholas of Myra, on 18 December 2015, His Grace Bishop David of Krusevac along with His Grace Bishop Pahomije of Vranje with the concelebration of protosyncellos Tihon, head of the monastery of the Protection of the Most Holy Mother of God in Mrzenica, protopresbyter-staurophor Ljubivoje Radovic and protodeacon Andrije Jelic, served the festal Vigil service in the church of Saint John the Baptist on Bagdala.
His slava, Saint Nicholas of Myra, the Wonderworker, His Grace Bishop David marked by celebrating on the next day in the church at Bagdala the Hierarchal Divine Liturgy along with His Eminence Metropolitan Porfirije of Zagreb-Ljubljana and Their Graces Bishops Pahomije of Vranje and Jeronim of Jegar, and with the concelebration of priests, monks and deacons, and in the presence of many guests and the faithful of the Diocese of Krusevac.
