Feast day of St. Luke the Apostle and the Evangelist and St. Peter of Cetinje

His Eminence Amfilohije Archbishop of Cetinje and Metropolitan of Montenegro and the Littoral, the Bishop-administrator of the Diocese of Buenos Aires and South-Central America served on Sunday, October 30, 2011 with the concelebration of local priests, the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy on the occasion of the feast day of St. Apostle and Evangelist Luke and St. Peter of Cetinje in the Cathedral Church of the Nativity of Most Holy Theotokos in Buenos Aires. In diaspora it is usually that the services of the great holidays are moved to Sunday because of the duties of the faithful during the working week, what was similar this time.

One day earlier, on October 29, Metropolitan, by the invitation of His Grace Bishop  John of Caracas and South America of the Moscow Patriarchate - the Russian Orthodox Church Abroad visited the Cathedral church of the Resurrection of the Christ in Buenos Aires and attended the vigil which was served by Bishop John,
