Feast of Saint Peter in Zvecan

Bishop Teodosije of Raska-Prizren celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the church of Saint George in Zvecan with the concelebration of the clergy of the Episcopal Deanery of Mitrovica. After the Liturgy Bishop attended the solem session of the Assembly of the Municipality of Zvecan.

Following the Liturgy Bishop Teodosije along with episcopal dean of Mitrovica, protopresbyter-stavrophor  Milija Arsevic, visited the church of Saint Petka which is under construction in Suvi Do near Mitrovica and set up the day for the consecration of the church - September 1st of this year. After that Bishop Teodosije visited a church in Banov dol near Zvecan dedicated to Saint Constantine and Helen, which is going to be consecrated on September 29th. 

In a village of Vuca, in the municipality of Leposavic, His Grace blessed the cross on the newly built church of Holy Trinity and said that it would be consecrated on September 29th. Also at the end of his visit to the Episcopal deanery of Mitrovica Bishop Teodosije finally came to a village Kamenica, in the municipality of Leposavic, where he also blessed a cross on a newly built church of Sts. Constantine and Helen.
