The Feast-day of Saint Lazarus at the Saint Petka monastery

At the monastery of Saint Petka in Bijeljina’s suburb of Pet jezera, the central celebration of Saint Lazarus of Kosovo was held, organized by the Third Infantry Regiment,  observer of the tradition of the Army of the Republic of Srpska within the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

His Grace elected Bishop of Bihac-PetrovacAtanasije, Orthodox military bishop at the Ministry of Defence and at the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, celebrated the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy and the memorial service for those who have laid their lives for defense of Orthodox faith since Kosovo up  today. A great number of faithful and the highest state authorities of the Republic of Srpska with Mr. Milorad Dodik, the President of the Republic, and Mr. Igor Radojicic, President of the Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, attended the service.
