Hierarchical Liturgy in Cabramatta
On the eleventh Sunday after Pentecost, His Grace Bishop Siluan the Holy Hierarchical Liturgy at the Cathedral chuch of the Holy Great Martyr George in Cabramatta.
Archimandrite Petar, archpriest Goran Cecez, archdeacon Petar Mrakic and deacon Milos assisted, while protopresbyter-staurophor Djura Djurcevic, the head of the Cathedral church, sang responses.
-Our God is a God of love, a God of mercy, but also a God of justice who observes everything and sees everyone's sighs, worries and tears and everything that burdens a person and what a person cares about, and that encourages us in these times of great challenges. God not only watches but also suffers with us by feeling the cross we carry and therefore we do not allow ourselves to think that we are alone, because the Lord is always with us, he only expects us to turn to him and cry out, and He knocks before our hearts and is ready to enter. May the Lord allow us to become witnesses of the truth of Christ and speak with our deeds, our Christian life, and to embrace this fallen world with our love and our prayer, Bishop Siluan preached.
