Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in Budapest

On 4 February 2018, when our Holy Church celebrates St. Timothy the Apostle and Martyr Anastasius, His Grace Bishop Ignjatije of Pozarevac-Branicevo officiated the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the church of Saint George in Budapest with the concelebration of Bishop Sergije of Bihac-Petrovac and the competent Bishop of Budim and the Administrator Lukijan of Timisoara.

The Bishops were also concelebrated by local priests of the church. Bishop Sergije of Bihac-Petrovac delivered a sermon.

The Holy Liturgy was attended by Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Rade Drobac, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mr, Aleksandar Dragicevic, as well as representatives of public and cultural life of the Serbs in Budapest and quite a number of faithful.

On the eve of this event, presentation of the Lenten Triodion, that was translated into Serbian  by Bishop Lukijan, took place in the church hall.
