Bishop Sava of Sumadija of blessed repose, was a second Bishop on the throne of Bishops of Sumadija. His care for the salvation of all people in the Lord Jesus Christ, could only be evaluated before the face of Living God.
On the second Sunday after Pentecost, on June 17, 2012, when the Church prayerfully celebrates St. Mitrophan the first patriarch of Constantinople, there was 11 years since the dead of Bishop Sava of Sumadija (1930-2001) of blessed repose. His Grace Bishop Jovan of Sumaidja served the memorial service in the Cathedral church of the Assumption of the Theotokos in Kragujevac with the concelebration of eight priests and three deacons.
