Metropolitan Amfilohije served in Novo Selo near Spuz

Archbishop of Cetinje and Metropolitan of Montenegro and the Littoral His Eminence Amfilohije served on June 29, 2011 with priesthood the Holy service of God in the church of St. Marko the Apostle and the Evangelist in Novo Selo near Spuz.

The Bishop blessed a newly restored church and a consecration of a new iconostasis. Then His Eminence held a sermon.
 
Then he gave commendations to those who helped the restoration of this church.
 
The church in Novo Selo is from XIX century. He was built in 1862 and consecrated in 1865. It was built owing to the building permit given by agha Mecikukic,  withr the condition that it was not seen from Spuska glavica, so a belfry was built only in 1927.
