Moleben for peace in Kosovo and Metohija in churches and monasteries of the Diocese of Raska-Prizren
With the blessing of His Grace Bishop Teodosije of Raska-Prizren yesterday at 12 in many churches and monasteries of the Diocese of Raska-Prizren moleben was served for the peace in Kosovo and Metohija.
Devic - Moleben in the Devic monastery was served by presbyter Savo Smigic, secretary of the Diocese of Raska-Prizren.
Local nuns showed with love and prayers that peace of God holds this sacred place and will hold.
Gracanica - Moleben for peace in Kosovo and Metohija in the monastery of Gracanica was served by presbyter Nenad Naspalic with deacon Bojan Krstic.
Decani - Moleben for peace was served also in the Visoki Decani monastery.
Kosovska Mitrovica - In the church of St. Great Martyr Demetrios in Kosovska Mitrovica moleben was served by protopresbyter-staurophor Milija Arsovic with the concelebration of local priests.
Prizren, Gracanica - Regarding the situation in Kosovo and Metohija Bishop Teodosije in his statement two days ago pointed out that in this historical moment one needs that priests, monks and faithful people prayerfully support efforts that current problems solve in a peaceful and dignified way, with a consciousness that not forgetting the past we we must turn to peace and the future of all the people who live here.
