Monday of the Holy Spirit at the Archbishopric of Belgrade and Karlovac

Pious Russian people in Serbia today had a great liturgical celebration. The Podvorye of the Moscow Patriarchate and the church of Holy Trinity have celebrated today Patron Saint of the Church. On behalf of His Holiness Patriarch Pavle of Serbia,His Grace Bishop Atanasije of Hvosno, the vicar Bishop of His Holiness Patriarch Pavle of Serbia served, in the church full of people, the Holy Hierarchal Lityrgy with the concelebration of priests and deacons. In the Divine Liturgy Mr. Petar Frolov,  the counselor  at the Embassy of the Russian Federation and Mr. Dragan Novakovic, assistant minister of Faith at the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

At the end of the Holy Liturgy, on behalf of His Holiness Patriarch Kyrill of All Russia, the administrator of the Podvorye Very Reverend Vitaly Tarasjev greeted His Grace Bishop wishing the Serbian people much prosperity, and to His Holiness Patriarch Pavle of Serbia and His Grace Bishop to live long and prosper.

After he wished all the best to Serbian and Russian people, Their Holinesses Kyrill and Pavle and His Grace Bishop Atanasije, Very Reverend protopresbyter Vitaly gave His Grace Atanasije a book " Come into the joy of your Lord" which represents thoughts of Patriarch Alexy II of Moscow and All Russia of blessed repose on faith and man in the modern world. After he thanked for the gift, His Grace Bishop expressed a great sense of respect, consideration and love towards the Russian people and the Russian Orthodox Church. Following the Holy Liturgy at the Parish house of the Podvorye there was prepared a table of love.
