News from Dalmatia

By the personal request, Bishop Fotije of Dalmatia with his Decree E. no. 68 of July 9, 2012 resolved of duty head of the monastery Krka archimandrite German *(Bogojevic). A new tripartite administration of the monastery Krka, besides Bishop Fotije of Dalmatia, consists of hieromonk M.Sc. Nikodim (Kosovic) and hieromonk Heruvim (Djermanovic), brothers of the Krka monastery.

His Grace Bishop Fotije of Dalmatia on the feast of St. John served the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in Miocic with the concelebration of the priests of the Diocese of Dalmatia, Srem and Britain-Scandinavia. After the cutting of the slava cake and the procession around the church of St. John which is now under construction, Bishop Forije held a sermon on St. John the Baptist. 

The nativity of the Forerunner and Baptist John was celebrated solemnly in Ivosevci where in the church of St. John the Divine Liturgy was seved archimandrite German with the concelebration of the hieromonk Heruvim. 

On St. Vitus Day - the feast of Saint Tsar Lazar and other Kosovo heroes, His Grace Bishop Fotije of Dalmatica served the Divine Liturgy in the monastery of Lazarica at Dalmatian Kosovo. After the DIvine Liturgy the slava cake was cut and the slava procession went around the church.
