On Tuesday 10/23 February 2021, the Patriarchate celebrated the feast of the Holy Hieromartyr Haralampus the wonderworker at the Holy Monastery bearing his name, which is located at the crossing between Via Dolorosa and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, at the ruins of the Gate through which the Lord marched towards Golgotha carrying His Cross.

Congress of representatives of captured churches held at Kiev Lavra of the Caves

On February 22, 2021, a congress of representatives of captured churches of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church took place at the Kiev Lavra of the Caves. It was attended by 338 clergy and laity fr om 14 regions of Ukraine most affected by the raiding actions of the ‘OCU’ proponents.

Leaders and dignitaries of the Orthodox Churches, the highest representatives of the Roman Catholic Church, the Islamic Religious Community and the Jewish Religious Community, some Protestant Churches and denominations, the highest representatives of the authorities of the Republic of Serbia, statesmen and important political figures wished the head of the Serbian Patriarchate good luck on the throne of Saint Sava. His Holiness Porfirije read the congratulations of our Orthodox people from Serbia, Republika Srpska, Montenegro, Croatia, Northern Macedonia, but also from Europe, North and South America and Australia with the greatest love and attention.
