Patriarch in Lazarica in Zvezdara

His Holiness IRINEJ Serbian Patriarch served today on Sunday, July 11, 2010 the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the church of St. Great Martyr Prince Lazar, in Zvezdara. His Holiness was concelebrated by the priests of this holy church. It was the first service of His Holiness in this church, and at the same time, as he said in his sermon, it was the second time he came to the church in Zvezdara. First time he went to this church as a student of the Faculty of the Orthodox Theology.

After the Holy Liturgy, His Holiness during the table of love which was prepared by the brotherhood of this Belgrade church, pointed out that the church of Lazarica one oasis in a heavy populated part of the Serbian capital and taught the priests to create live Church, and he also said he was happy that almost all partook of the sacrament, and especially the children.
