The Patron Saint-day of the church of St. Basil of Ostrog in Kovanluk

The celebration was led by Bishop Justin of Zica.

The celebration of the feast of the Church of St. Basil of Ostrog in the Kovanluk settlement in Kraljevo was celebrated on May 11, 2021 with an Vesper service served by Diocesan dean of Pozega-Arilje Dragan Stevic, while priest Bojan Milosevic, the head of the church in Arilje, protodeacon Dejan Markovic and deacon Stefan Milosevski concelebrated, with the singing of chanters from the church of St. Sava and the church of St. Basil of Ostrog.

The celebration continued the next day when the clergy and many people welcomed their pastor, Bishop Justin of Zica, with joy and in a prayer. The Holy Hierarchal Liturgy began at 9 a.m., with the concelebration of Archimandrite Damjan (Cvetkovic), Diocesan Deputy protopresbyter-staurophor Ljubinko Kostic, Diocesan Deputy protopresbyter-staurophor Nenad Ilic, Head of the Church of St. Basil of Ostrog  archpriest Ivan Radovic, as well as protodeacon Aleksandar Grujovic.

The celebration ended at 5 pm with an Vesper service and the reading of the Akathist to St. Basil by the protonamesnik Miroljub Popadic.
