Patron Saint-day of the Karadjordjevica Family

His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, officiated the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy on December 13, 2019, on the Feast of St. Andrew the First-Called - the Patron Saint-day (slava) of the Royal family Karadjordjevic, at the Beli dvor in Belgrade.

The Serbian Patriarch was concelebrated by protopresbyter-staurophors Branko Mitrovic and Bozo Bakajlic, protodeacon Damjan Bozic and deacon Vladimir Rumenic, in a prayerful presence of Their Graces Bishops: Lavrentije of Sabac, Jovan of Sumadija, Atanasije of Mileseva, Joanikije of Budimlje-Niksic and Isihije of Mohacs.

The Holy Liturgy was attended by members of advisory bodies of the Crown, Director of the Office for Cooperation with Churches and Religious Communities Dr. Mileta Radojevic and a representative of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Belgrade as well as by a great number of political, public and cultural dignitaries of Serbia.
