Patron Saint's Day of the Cathedral church in Sarajevo

The Cathedral church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God in Sarajevo celebrated on Wednesday, September 21 its church slava - the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos. The Divine Liturgy was served by His Eminence Metropolitanate of Montenegro and the Littoral, with the concelebration of six priests and one deacon of the Metropolitanate of Dabrobosna, after which there was a slava's rite.

Congratulating the present faithful and all the Orthodox  today's holiday, the head of the Cathedral church presbyter Borislav Livopoljav emphasized that with the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos the Son of God was born, the Church was born and our Salvation.
