Patron Saint's Day of Saint Gabriel the Archangel Church in Belgrade

On Tuesday, July 26 2011 when our Holy Church celebrates the Synaxis of St. Gabriel the Archangel, the Patron Saint's Day of this St. Archangel's church on Dedinje in Belgrade.

The Holy Hierarchal Liturgy was served by His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch with the concelebration of hierarchal deputy protopresbyter-staurophor Vladimir Vukasinovic, protopresbyter-staurophor Dragan Terzic - head of the church, protopresbyter-staurophor Djura Susa, protopresbyter-staurophor Petar Lukavac, protopresbyter-staurophor Aleksandar Sredojevic, protopresbyter-staurophor Ilija Smigic, presbyter Dejan Vujic and deacon Zoran Aleksic.

During the Liturgy His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch addressed the believers with the holiday's sermon congratulating to all the Patron Saint's Day of the church. After the cutting the slava cake there was a solemn procession around the church with a mention for all retired priests and parioshioners of the church of St. Gabriel the Archangel.
