President Tadic and Prime Minister Cvetkovic extend Easter greetings

President of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Boris Tadic and the President of the Government of Serbia Mr. Mirko Cvetkovic extended Easter greetings to the head of the Serbian Orthodox Church, His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, the priesthood and all the  Orthodox believers in Serbia and abroad.  

"I wish that we spend feast days in spiritual and universal peace, understanding and tolerance among the believers, friends and neighbors. If we respect tradition and Christian values we will preserve our identity, and only celebrating life through work and faith in ourselves we will create an even better society", Boris Tadic said in his greeting.

Prime Minister Cvetkovic said in his greeting to Patriarch Irinej that " Easter as a holiday of hope and faith in the better future, fairness, understanding and love for our neighbors, should bring joy to our homes and in our Serbia. 

Belgrade's Mayor Dragan Djilas and Minister of Faith and Diaspora Srdjan Sreckovic also extended their Easter greetings.
