Rector of the University of Belgrade elected

His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch attended today's session of the Council of the University of Belgrade at which regular professor and dean of the Faculty of Medicine Vladimir Bumbasirevic was elected as the Rector of the greatest and the most significant educational institution in Serbia.

Besided His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, the present were addressed also by Prof. Dr Bogoljub Sijakovic, who on behalf of the Ministry of Faith and Diaspora presented to the Rectorate of the University in Belgrade a facsimile edition of the Miroslav Gospel.
