March 2012 - 12:02Gornje Hrasno - According to the tradition, people who originate from Gornje Hrasno, assemble on Mid-Lenten Sunday at the Divine Liturgy, in their village of the destroyed church of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist. It was the same also on this Mid-Lenten Sunday, on March 25, 2012. The Divine Liturgy was served by parish priest of Capljina presbyter Danilo Boro. After the Liturgy they served the commemoration for the dead in the Second World War.
Memorial service to Serbs suffered in the Second World War and NATO bombing
27. March 2012 - 14:39His Grace Bishop Vasilije of Zvornik-Tuzla served on March 22, 2012 the memorial service for the shot Serbs during the Second World War in Bijeljina as well as for the victims of the NATO bombing.

Blessing of church bells in Benkovac
27. March 2012 - 13:02On Sunday, March 25, 2012 His Grace Bishop Fotije of Dalmatia served the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in Benkovac, as well as performed blessing of bells for the church of St. John in Benkovac.
Memorial service for the suffered in NATO bombing in Gracanica
27. March 2012 - 9:30In front of the cross next to the House of culture in Gracanica on March 24, 2012 the 13th anniversary since the NATO bombing and suffering in Kosovo and Metohija which followed then, was marked with the memorial service.
After the memorial service which was served by Bishop Teodosije of Raska-Prizren and Kosovo-Metohija along with the priesthood of the Episcopal Deanery of Pristina Bishop Teodosije addressed the present believers. He said that after the 1999 bombing for the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija peace did not followed, but new sufferings.
The memorial service in Gracanica was attended by more than a hundred citizens who laid flowers and lighted candles in front of the cross.

St. Petersburg Deanery Clergy Confession and Christian Education Meeting

March 2012 - 9:11His Grace Bishop Dr. MITROPHAN scheduled the Fifth St. Petersburg Deanery Meeting on Christian Education to be held at St. King Milutin Serbian Orthodox Church of Jacksonville, Florida. The meeting was held on Saturday, March 17, 2012 in conjunction with the St. Petersburg Deanery Clergy Confession.
The St. Petersburg Deanery previously was a part of the Washington Deanery and has shown much growth in recent years. In addition to significant activity in the individual parishes, the Deanery has held youth camps that are very well attended.
Bishop Mitrophan Attends Lenten Vespers in Youngstown Parish
27. March 2012 - 9:10His Grace Bishop Mitrophan of Eastern America attended the Lenten Vespers for the Cleveland Deanery, the second group, hosted by Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church in Youngstown, Ohio.
V. Rev. Stavrophor Janko Rajlich, the dean led the evening's service with the con-celebration of V. Rev. Stavrophor Dragan Filipovic, V. Rev. Dragomir Tuba, Protonamesnik Milovan Katanic and host Rev. Dragan Goronjic.
