Serbian Patriarch Irinej at the church of Holy Trinity of the Representation of the Russian Church in Belgrade

On Sunday, January 29, 2012 on the occasion of the third anniversary of the enthronement of the Patriarch Kyrill of Moscow and All Russia on the Moscow's Patriarchate throne, His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch served the Holy Hiearchal Liturgy and thanksgiving moleben with the concelebration of the clerics of the Archbishopric of Belgrade-Karlovac and the head of the Representation of the Russian Orthodox Church in Belgrade archpriest Vitaly Tarasjev. The Liturgy was attended by Ambassador of Russia in Belgrade His Excellency A. V. Konuzin, the Chief of the legal sector of the Ministry of Faith and Diaspora, Mrs. Dusanka Sekara, adviser to the First Vice President of the Government of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Dragutin Matanovic and associate of the company "NIS-Gaspromneft" Mihail Akopov. 

Before the beginning of the Liturgy His Holiness Irinej blessed an icon "Exaltation of the Precious Cross of the Lord", the work of Prince Mikhail Putyatin, which was restored by associates of the iconographic workshop of the Representation " Venerable Andrei Rublev". 

The head of the Representation presented to His Holiness Serbian Patriarch the  handmade wooden cross.
