Serbian Patriarch Irinej decorated the chief architect of the St. Sava church in Botswana

At an official reception given in honor of Patriarch Irinej held in the residence of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Pretoria, capital of the Republic of South Africa, on Saturday evening, 3rd of November 2018.

His Holiness Patriarch Irinej decorated with the Patriarchal Charter having the icon of the Most Holy Mother of God Mr. Andor Ginder, the chief architect of the Sava Church in Gaberone, capital of Botswana, that had been consecrated on the feast-day of Venerable Mother Parasceve, on the 27th of October 2018.

We remind herewith that he is the founder of this church, Mr. Milivoje Nikolic was decorated with a high recognition of the Serbian Church - the Order of the Holy King Milutin, whereas the Patriarchal Charters with icons of the Mother of God and the Lord Jesus Christ were handed in to other benefactors who unselfishly participated in the construction of the first Serbian church in Botswana.
