Serbian Patriarch Irinej visits University "Saint Andrew The First-Called"

His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, visited today, along with the members of the delegations of other Local Orthodox Churches who had come to celebrate  the jubilee of the Georgian Patriarch Ilia, the University  "Saint Andrew the First-Called" in Tbilisi. Following the welcome speech of the rector of the University at the opening of the scientific conference, Serbian Patriarch Irinej also held an address. 

On this occasion Serbian Patriarch Irinej pointed out the important role of Patriarch Ilia, who with his four-decades-long ministry, has marked one significant epoque. 

Besides the host, Patriarch Ilia, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and Metropolitan Christopher of Slovakia and Czech Lands also participated and held address during the conference at the University "Saint Andrew the First-Called".
