On 5 June 2022, His Holiness Serbian Patriarch kyr Porfirije presided over the Holy Hierarchical Liturgy in the Cathedral church of the Holy Archangel Michael in Belgrade, with the concelebration of His Beatitude Archbishop of Ohrid and Macedonia kyr Stefan.

The Liturgy was concelebrated by Their Eminences Metropolitans: Petar of Prespa and Pelagonia, Timotej of Debar and Kičevo, Agatangel of Povardarje, Pimen of Europe, Grigorije of Kumanovo and Osogovo, and Their Graces Bishops Fotije of Zvornik–Tuzla, David of Kruševac, Stefan of Remesiana, Jerotej of Toplica – elected Bishop of Šabac, Justin of Hvosno – elected Bishop of Western Europe, Archimandrite Nektarije – elected bishop of Jegar, with the prayerful presence of His Eminence Metropolitan of Tetovo-Gostivar kyr Josif and Their Graces Bishops Kliment of Heraclea, Irinej of Bačka, Sava of Marča and retired Bishop of Canada kyr Georgije.

At the end of the Holy Liturgy, His Holiness Serbian Patriarch kyr Porfirije handed the Tomos confirming the autocephaly of the Macedonian Orthodox Church – Archdiocese of Ohrid to His Beatitude Archbishop of Macedonia and Ohrid kyr Stefan.

Ο Πατριάρχης Σερβίας κ.κ. Πορφύριος ενεχείρισε στον κ. Στέφανο τον Τόμο της Αυτοκεφαλίας με τον οποίο αναγνώρισε την αυτοκεφαλία της Μακεδονικής Ορθόδοξης Εκκλησίας - Αρχιεπισκοπής Αχρίδος

Ο Αγιώτατος Πατριάρχης Σερβίας κ.κ. Πορφύριος στις 5 Ιουνίου 2022, προεξήρχε της Αρχιερατικής Θείας Λειτουργίας στον Καθεδρικό Ιερό Ναό Αρχαγγέλου Μιχαήλ στο Βελιγράδι, συγχοροστατούντος του Σεβασμιωτάτου Αρχιεπισκόπου Αχρίδος και Μακεδονίας κ. Στεφάνου.

Συλλειτούργησαν οι Σεβασμιώτατοι Μητροπολίτες Πρεσπών και Πελαγονίας κ. Πέτρος, Ντέμπαρ και Κίτσεβο κ. Τιμόθεος, της Κοιλάδας του Βαρδάρη κ. Αγαθάγγελος, Ευρώπης κ. Πίμεν, Κουμάνοβο και Οσόγκοβο κ. Γεώργιος, οι Επίσκοποι Ζβόρνικ και Τούζλα κ. Φώτιος, Κρούσεβατς κ. Δαυίδ, Ρεμεσιάνα κ. Στέφανος, Τόπλιτσα και ο νεοεκλεγείς Επίσκοπος Σάμπατς κ. Ιερόθεος, Χβόσταν και ο νεοεκλεγείς Επίσκοπος Δυτικής Ευρώπης κ. Ιουστίνος, ο νεοεκλεγείς Επίσκοπος Εγαρίου ο Πανοσιολογιώτατος Αρχιμανδρίτης κ. Νεκτάριος, ενώ παρέστησαν συμπροσευχόμενοι ο  Σεβασμιώτατος Μητροπολίτης Τέτοβο και Γκόστιβαρ κ. Ιωσήφ και οι Επίσκοποι Ἡράκλεια Λύγκου κ. Κλήμεντας, Μπάτσκα κ. Ειρηναίος, Μάρτσα κ. Σάββας και ο Επίσκοπος πρώην Καναδά κ. Γεώργιος.

Στο τέλος της Θείας Λειτουργίας ο Αγιώτατος Πατριάρχης Σερβίας κ.κ. Πορφύριος ενεχείρισε στον Σεβασμιώτατο Αρχιεπίσκοπο Αχρίδος και Μακεδονίας κ. Στέφανο τον Τόμο της Αυτοκεφαλίας ,με τον οποίο αναγνώρισε την αυτοκεφαλία της Μακεδονικής Ορθόδοξης Εκκλησίας - Αρχιεπισκοπής Αχρίδος.

Патриарх Сербский Порфирий вручил архиепископу Стефану Томос, которым потверждается автокефалия Македонской Православной Церкви – Охридского Архиепископства

Святейший Патриарх Сербский 5 июня 2022 года Порфирий возглавил Архиереейскую Литургию в Соборном храме  Святого Архангела Михаила в Белграде в сослужении Блаженнейшего Архиепископа Охридского и Македонского Стефана.

Высокопреосвященнейшие митрополиты Петар Преспанский и Пелагонийский, Тимофей Дебарский и Кичевский, Агафангел Повардарский, Европейский Пимен, Григорий Кумановский и Осоговский и Преосвященнейшие епископы Зворницко - Тузланский Фотий, Крушевацкий Давид, Ремесианский Стефан, Топлицкий  (избранный Шабацкий) Иерофей и Хвостанский и (избранный Западноевропейский) Иустин, и  избранный епископ Егерский, архимандрит Нектарий сослужили Его Святейшеству Патриарху Сербскому Порфирию,  в молитвенном присутствии Высокопреосвященнейшего митрополита Тетово-Гостиварского г- на Иосифа и преосвященнейших господ епископов Гераклейского Климента, Бачского Иринея, Марчанского Саввы и умировленного ( находящегося на покое) епископа Канадского Георгия.

По окончании Божественной Литургии, Его Святейшество Патриарх Сербский г. Порфирий вручил  Блаженнейшему архиепископу Македонскому и Охридскиму г. Стефану Томос, подтверждающий автокефалию Македонской Православной Церкви – Охридской Архиепископии.
